The other day I was in a mad cleaning frenzy -- must have been the change in the calendar -- and I found three unnamed DVDs in the TV cabinet.
To find out what they were, George put the first in the DVD player and my little ladies appeared on the screen.
It was a copy of a video we made last January for George's mother's birthday.
It was unreal to watch Gianna crawling around. Now she's running, jumping, climbing, talking ...
And to listen to Sophia. Her little voice has changed so much. Her pronunciation has improved a lot in one year. And she's gotten so big! How did that happen?
With all the day-to-day stuff, I often forget how quickly my little girls are growing and changing.
I think this year I'll resolve to appreciate the everyday moments we share.
